the HK curse
As much as I loved Hong Kong I was absolutely cursed photographically. I had only ever lost one roll before my trip, but managed to lose 2 rolls in 2 days from a camera problem and then what seemed like film coming off the spool inside it’s canister (!?!). My favourite 35mm lens also managed to fall off my camera while walking around and is now tight to focus around the 1 - 10m mark. How does a lens just fall off a camera? To top it all off I forgot to ask the photo store to push my film a stop.
Bah. I’m not worried though, it was a great trip.
